Women and Work Support Desk

In Yokohama City, we are making various efforts to support the active participation of women with the aim of creating a society where diverse choices can be realized regardless of gender.

The Women and Work Support Desk, a general consultation desk to support employment, such as reemployment and changing jobs, is a comprehensive consultation service for women who want to work again and want to take a step further, eliminate worries and anxiety, and job hunting. I support you.

• We will provide support information for women for employment, such as reemployment, job change, and entrepreneurship.
• Provide advice on how to find a job, how to write a resume, and how to prepare for interviews.
• We will help you review your career so far and decide on future career plans.
• While thinking "Let's work!", You can also consult about the worries and anxiety you feel (balancing with housework, relationships with family, physical condition, etc.).

• This is a women-only window. You can use it with individual booths that take privacy into consideration and childcare (reservation required / paid).
• There is also a reservation-based career counseling, so please use it.
• Comprehensive support for women's employment, from relieving worries and anxiety about employment to advice on specific job hunting.
• We will help you take a step with a tailor-made menu according to the needs and consultation content of each person.

We carry out in three Yokohama-shi gender equality center buildings. Feel free to come to your local gender equality center!
