（１） About Yokohama City University Medium-Term Target (draft)
[Document 1] (PDF: 368KB) provided an explanation by the secretariat, examined the medium-term goal (draft), and decided to leave the adjustment of the final plan to the chair.
About statement of position (draft) (PDF: 54KB), there was suggestion from chairperson and was approved.

・In terms of educational methods, it is better to include words that are conscious of the international community in the 21st century, such as "having an international perspective" regarding the Faculty of Science and Technology.
・The way research should be done should be described first. Also, regarding the research promotion system, cooperation with outside the university should be mentioned.
・In human resources goals, "employees" should be added after teachers. Staff are also required to have advanced expertise.
（２） Medium-Term Plan (Interim Plan)
[Document 2] (PDF: 933KB) explained by the secretariat, and the medium-term plan (interim plan) was examined.

・Is the content of a large number of items and everything possible? An annual plan (process schedule) is required for checking.
・Specific numerical targets should be set to the extent possible.
・Regarding labor cost reduction, although it is a target until 2010, annual results are important.
・It should be an execution plan with priority. I have a responsibility as an evaluation committee member.
