Yokohama City Public Service Accident Compensation Examination Committee

(1) Basis

Oh, Articles 69 and 70 of the Local Public Service Disaster Compensation Law
(A) Articles 19 and 20 of the "Ordinance on Compensation for Public Service Accidents of Yokohama City Council Members and Other Part-time Staff"
(C) Articles 20 and 21 of the "Ordinance for Enforcement of the Ordinance on Compensation for Public Service Accidents of Yokohama City Council Members and Other Part-time Staff"

(2) Installation

Established as an affiliated organization of the mayor in 1978

(3) Organization

Appointment: The committee members are appointed by the mayor from among those who have academic experience.

Term of office: 3 years

(4) Duties

About public affairs accidents or commuting accidents related to part-time local government employees
As an examination body when there is dissatisfaction with the decision of compensation made by Yokohama City, we will conduct a hearing of requests for examination.
