The DX strategy of Yokohama City advocates the promotion of digital ward offices, and various demonstration experiments will be developed based on the concept of "do not write, wait, do not go and connect". On August 20, 2024 (Tuesday), Konan Ward Insurance and Pension Division decided to start a demonstration experiment to further improve residents' services by introducing a web-based ticketing system that allows pre-ticketing reception numbers on the day before visiting the agency.
