On March 16, 2021, the four wards of Konan Ward, Kanazawa Ward, Totsuka Ward, and Sakae Ward concluded an agreement with J-COM Shonan and Kanagawa Minami-Yokohama stations on the provision of personnel, vehicles, and other disaster-related disasters, as well as disaster-related disasters.
