[Press Release] Inappropriate paperwork in contract affairs

In a preliminary survey of the Audit and Inspection Commission Secretariat's financial audit conducted by the elementary school studenｔ Development Division after school, when collecting estimates from contractors on behalf of repairs to facilities under the jurisdiction of the department, it was found that one person had requested and received quotes from others. For this reason, an emergency inspection was conducted at all sections and facilities in the Bureau, and a total of 37 inappropriate paperwork was performed.
