[Press Release] Inappropriate administrative processing in contract affairs

In a preliminary survey of financial audits conducted by Audit and Inspection Commission Secretariat for the after-school elementary school studenｔ Training Division, when collecting estimates from contractors for repair of facilities under the jurisdiction of the department, it was found that the company had requested the creation of a quote from a contractor for repair of facilities under the jurisdiction of the department, it was found that the person had been requested and received. For this reason, emergency inspections were conducted at all sections and facilities in the bureau, and found a total of 37 inappropriate paperwork.
