　In recent years, a shortage of local leaders has become an issue in each district, and it is necessary to encourage the participation of younger generations in promoting the community development, which is watched and supported by the Community Welfare and Health Plan.
　Therefore, we surveyed generations (working and child-raising generations) who are expected to be leaders in future local activities on initiatives to raise interest in local activities and methods for effectively delivering information. . Based on the survey results, we will make use of it to support various local activities, including the promotion of community welfare and health plans.
