According to a survey by the Statistics Bureau of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (* 1), the annual expenditure for "Shumai" is at least twice the national average in Yokohama City. This time, we will feature the love of Yokohama, from the long-established Shiumei to the new generation of Shumai.
