(Purpose)

(Purpose)
Article 2 The purpose of the event search system is to publish event information performed at citizen use facilities on the Internet for citizens.

(Operation and Management)
Article 3 Operation and management shall be as specified in the following items.
(1) The Public Relations Division of the Policy Management Bureau (hereinafter referred to as the “system administrator”) manages and manages the event search system, and, based on the application of the ward bureau, the Public Relations Section of each ward bureau general headquarters (hereinafter referred to as “ward bureau manager”). ) Is issued a user ID and administrator password.
(2) The ward bureau administrator manages the user within the ward bureau.

Article 4 A user ID is required to register information in the event search system. The user starts using it by entering the user ID and password and log in.

(Information Registrant)
Article 5 In the event search system, the person specified in the following items shall be a user who can register event information.
(1) Designated managers, etc.
