(Operation and management)
Article 3 Operation and management shall be as per the following items:
(1) The Public Relations Section of the Policy Management Bureau (hereinafter referred to as the "system administrator") manages and manages the event search system, and based on the application of the ward bureau, the Public Relations Section of each ward bureau headquarters (hereinafter referred to as the "ward bureau manager") Is issued to the administrator user ID and administrator password.
(2) The ward office manager shall manage the user within the ward office.

In addition, if there is a problem with the management of the information registered by the managed user or the management of the user ID and password, measures shall be taken to stop the use of the user.

(Information registrant)

Article 6 Information that can be registered in the event search system shall be the matters specified in the following items.

(Information that cannot be registered)
Article 7 The information corresponding to the following items cannot be registered in the event search system.

(Responsibilities of Information Registrants)
Article 8 In using the event search system, information registrants shall assume the responsibility specified in the following items.
