1 purpose

We perform public information by multiple languages positively by establishing standard (object, type, language of information to provide) that Yokohama-shi gives information for foreign citizens, and this guideline is intended that we realize internationally sex rich multicultural symbiosis society.

(1)Foreign citizen

Thing that it is resident in foreign inhabitants or other Yokohama-shi with resident registration in Yokohama-shi, and Japanese is inconvenient in working, people at school

(2)Foreign visitor

Sightseeing, foreigner visiting Yokohama-shi for duties and foreigner who collects information for visit

(3)Foreign firms

Foreign firms located in Yokohama-shi and foreign firm which collects information for location

Revision of "(1) foreigner inhabitants" of "2 multilingual objects press-agenting" takes effect on July 9, the same year by the non-Japanese registration system abolition in July, 2012
We abolish guideline (April 1, 2005 establishment) about the way of 2 Yokohama-shi foreign language public information and Yokohama-shi foreign language public information handling official regulations (April 1, 2005 establishment).
