Reason for improvement
The purpose of this system is to prevent information leakage by making it impossible to download the file immediately even if a staff member sends an e-mail to the address.
Due to the system specifications, it was in the form of "email is divided into two copies" and "enter a password when downloading", but because it is unnecessary from the viewpoint of introduction purpose of Motoichi, we are asking the system developer for improvement.
