Revision of "Regulations on the Protection of Personal Information of Yokohama City" and "Ordinance on Disclosure of Information Held by Yokohama City"

The Act on the Protection of Personal Information has been revised and will come into effect on April 1, 2023.
In response to this, the "Yokohama City Personal Information Protection Ordinance (hereinafter referred to as" Personal Information Protection Ordinance ") "and" Ordinance on Disclosure of Information Held by Yokohama City (hereinafter referred to as" Information Disclosure Ordinance ") In May of this year, the The Mayor of Yokohama consulted with the Yokohama City Personal Information Protection Council and the Yokohama City Information Disclosure and Personal Information Protection Examination Committee (hereinafter referred to as the "Council, etc.").
