Revision of "Ordinance on Protection of Personal Information in Yokohama City" and "Ordinance on Disclosure of Information Held by Yokohama City"

The Act on the Protection of Personal Information has been revised and will be enforced on April 1, 2023.
In response to this, the "Ordinance on the Protection of Personal Information in Yokohama City (hereinafter referred to as the" Personal Information Protection Ordinance ") "and "Ordinance on Disclosure of Information Held by Yokohama City (hereinafter referred to as" Information Disclosure Ordinance ") In May this year, The Mayor of Yokohama consulted with the Yokohama City Personal Information Protection Council and the Yokohama City Information Disclosure and Personal Information Protection Examination Committee (hereinafter referred to as the "Council") regarding the content of the revision.
