Overview

In order to prevent recurrence of personal information leakage accidents in Yokohama City and to ensure proper handling of personal information, we conducted a field survey from a third party's perspective on the handling status of personal information in the Business Administration Division from a third party's perspective and point out problems. We set up third party evaluation committee about Yokohama-shi personal information protection to have you point out.

(1)Formulation of survey standards
(2)Conduct on-site surveys on personal information handling affairs performed by each section dealing with personal information.
(3)Conduct a field survey at any time when each section handling personal information improperly or when there is a risk of such information.
(4)We report result of field investigation to Yokohama-shi personal information protection council.
(The council can give an opinion to the executing agency on matters pertaining to the report.)
