Overview

In order to prevent recurrence of personal information leaks in Yokohama City and to ensure proper handling of personal information, we conducted a field survey on the handling status of personal information in the Business Administration Division from a third party's perspective and pointed out problems. We have set up a third-party evaluation committee on Yokohama City Personal Information Protection to point out.

(1)Formulation of survey standards
(2)Regularly conduct on-site surveys on personal information handling affairs performed by each section handling personal information.
(3)Conduct on-site surveys at any time when each section handling personal information improperly handles personal information or when there is a possibility.
(4)We report result of field investigation to Yokohama-shi personal information protection council.
(The council can give an opinion to the executing agency on matters pertaining to the report.)
