Hokubu Sludge Treatment Plant is a facility that treats sludge sent from five water reclamation centers (Northern No. 1 and Northern No. 2, Kanagawa, Kohoku, Tsuzuki) in the northern part of Yokohama.
[Comprehensive Management Outsourcing]
Hokubu Sludge Treatment Plant introduced a comprehensive management outsourcing system in fiscal 2008, and its history is as follows.
1st term from April 2008 to March 2012
2nd term April, 2012 to March 29, 2017
3rd term from April, 2017 to March 35
