Those who can participate in this bid shall be those who meet all of the following requirements.
- Being not a person listed in Article 3, Paragraph 1 of the Yokohama City Contract Regulations (March 1964, Yokohama City Regulations No. 59) and being a person who has the qualifications stipulated by the provisions of Paragraph 2 of the same Article.
- Location classification is "city" and scale division is "small and medium-sized" in Reiwa 3/4 Yokohama-shi general competitive bidding qualified person list (related to article, consignment, etc.).
- Being a person who has not received the nomination suspension measures based on the measures outline such as Yokohama City nomination stoppage on any day between the bid participation intention application deadline and the bidding date.
- One of the following events must be registered:
