Those who can participate in this tender shall be those who meet all of the following requirements.
- Being not a person listed in Article 3, Paragraph 1 of the Yokohama City Contract Regulations (March 1964 Yokohama City Regulations No. 59) and a person who has the qualifications specified in the provisions of Paragraph 2 of the same Article.
- Reiwa 3.4 In the Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (related to goods, consignment, etc.), the location division is "city" and the scale division is "small and medium".
- Being a person who has not received the nomination suspension measures based on the measures outline such as Yokohama City nomination suspension on any day from the bid participation intention application deadline to the bid date.
