A single company (organization) that satisfies all of the following items, or a consortium that all members satisfy all of the following items: In the case of a consortium, at the time of application, we will submit a "Consortium Agreement and Power of Attorney" (Competitive Bidding Handling Guidelines No. 12 style for Yokohama City Goods and Consignment) and propose the sharing duties of members Will be clarified in the book. In this proposal, a member of a consortium shall be a member of two or more consortiums at the same time, and shall not be able to propose as a non-consolidated company.

（１） Being listed in the Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Participant List (articles, consignments, etc.) in Reiwa 3.4, and satisfy all of the following. If you are currently applying at the time of submission of the application form, the registration must be completed by the date of identifying the contract candidate.
・Registered in the event “319 Event Planning and Management, etc.”, and register “A Event Planning” and “B Event Management, etc.” as details of the event.
・Registered in the event “320 Various Survey Projects”, and registered “A Market / Public Opinion Poll” or “B Consulting (excluding construction consulting, etc.)” as details of the event.
（２） Have a track record of international promotion projects implemented by government agencies (including embassies and JETROs) and public institutions such as other local governments, or outsourcing consulting and research services related to urban Blanding.

（３） From the deadline for submitting the participation intention application form to the specific date of the trustee candidate, no suspension measures have been taken under the provisions of the "Yokohama City Nomination Suspension Measures Guidelines (April 1, 2004)".

（４） Do not fall under the provisions of Article 167-4 of the Local Autonomy Law Enforcement Ordinance (Government Ordinance No. 16 of 1947).

（１） Date of implementation: Wednesday, December 21, 2022 (planned) (We will notify the target person as soon as it is decided.)
（２） Implementation site: Meeting room in Yokohama City Hall (10, 6-50 Honcho, Naka-ku, Yokohama City) (planned)
（３） Attendees: The number of attendees must be 3 or less.
（４） Other: Details such as time and location will be announced separately. At the time of hearing, please use the proposal and give an oral explanation. Changes or additions of materials are not allowed.
