Those who have qualifications to participate shall be organizations that meet all the items listed in “3 Proposal Qualifications” in the “Isogo Multicultural Community Lounge Preparation / Management and Operation Consignment Recruitment Guidelines” (hereinafter referred to as “Application Guidelines”).

・In the case of a corporation, a copy of a certified copy of the corporate register, in the case of a voluntary organization, a summary of the organization (free format) [required]
・Materials that show the status of activities of the group (free format) [required]
・Oath statement that it does not fall under disqualification (word: 21KB) [Required]
・About the prospect of registration in general competitive bidding qualified person list (word: 20KB) (only when it is not listed in general competitive bidding qualified person list at the time of submission of participation intention application form)
・About the time zone of the planned site tour (word: 21KB) [required]

・Complete set of proposals (word: 31KB) [Required]
・Intention proposal form pertaining to disclosure of proposal (word: 20KB) [required]
・Articles of Incorporation of an organization or equivalents [required]
・This year's business plan and income and expenditure budget for the organization [required]
・Group's previous year's business report and income and expenditure financial statements (can be omitted if there is no activity in the previous year)

If you have any questions, please summarize the summary of the question in the questionnaire specified in the application guidelines, send it by e-mail or facsimile, and confirm the incoming call by telephone. In addition, we cannot respond to inquiries by the next agency or telephone at all.
