　Matsukaze Gakuen, a facility for the disabled directly managed by Motoichi, has a building (completed in 1983) that has been built for 35 years and has deteriorated, and will carry out redevelopment with private rooms and renewal of facilities. . We plan to have a private corporation maintain and operate a new facility with a capacity to compensate for the decrease in the capacity of Shofu Gakuen due to this redevelopment, utilizing the site of Shofu Gakuen (grounds, etc.).
If you are a corporation that wishes to implement this project, please apply based on this application guidelines.

A corporation that meets one of the following conditions can apply for this recruitment:

(2) Social welfare corporation that operates disability welfare service establishments (including group homes) in Yokohama City
(3) Social welfare corporation which operates entrance facilities for the elderly (nursing homes, etc.) in Yokohama City
