What is the Yokohama Nature Observation Forest Designated Administrator Selection Evaluation Committee?

We install based on rule of Yokohama nature observation forest regulations (October 1985 Yokohama-shi regulations 33rd) Article 17 Clause 1.
The committee will investigate and discuss the selection of designated managers and the evaluation of the management work of the Yokohama Nature Observation Forest by the designated manager.
