Minimum minimum wage

The Kanagawa Prefecture Minimum Wage (regional minimum wage) applies to all workers, such as regular, temporary, part-time, and part-time workers who work in the prefecture.
Employers must pay workers at least this minimum wage.

Kanagawa Prefecture Minimum Wage hour: 1,112 yen [Effective Date: October 1, 2023]

In addition, minimum wages are set for seven industries, such as paint manufacturing, steel, and automobile retail industries.
