Minimum wage

The Kanagawa Prefecture minimum wage (regional minimum wage) applies to all workers, including regular, temporary, part-time, and part-time workers working in the prefecture.
Employers must pay workers at least this minimum wage.

Kanagawa Prefecture Minimum Wage Time: 1,162 yen [effective date: October 1, 2024]

In addition, the minimum wage by industry has been set for seven industries, including the paint manufacturing industry, the steel industry, and the automobile retail industry.
