Provides information necessary for analysis of surface phenomena in structural analysis. We investigate defects that occur in the development or manufacturing process of steel, non-ferrous metals, and new materials through various tests to help improve quality or determine the cause of defects.
Introduction of major test equipment
Flow of test request
Requests for test analysis will be carried out in the following: (1) reception, adjustment of about 2 days, 3 sample import, 4 analysis, (5) report results, and 6 commission payment.
(*) Payment of fees
A delivery notice will be issued, so please transfer at the designated financial institution.
Plating division
- We support the resolution of technical issues related to plating technology and peripheral technologies.
- We will support the improvement of technical capabilities through a study group on surface treatment technology.
Dry Processes Division
- We support material development and quality control by solving technical issues related to dry process technology, film testing, and surface analysis.
