Application for design consultation

Please be sure to check the "Definition of Small and Medium Enterprises" below when applying.　If you do not fall under a small business, you will not be able to receive free consultation.

Please fill in required items on the design consultation request and preparation application form and send it by fax or e-mail.

Upon receipt of the application form, the person in charge will contact you by telephone.
If there is no contact from the person in charge during the next business day after sending, please confirm by phone.

Definition of SMEs

Meet either capital or number of employees
Industry	Number of employees and capital
Manufacturing and other industries	300 or less or 300 million yen or less
Wholesale business	100 or less or 100 million yen or less
Retailing	50 or less or 50 million yen or less
Service industry	100 or less or 50 million yen or less
