In Yokohama City, in order to support the recruitment of human resources for small and medium-sized enterprises in the city, we will outsource the work to Persol Carrier Co., Ltd., which operates a major job change site "doda" and recruit job postings.
This year, we plan to publish 220 companies for businesses that have used this system in the past so that more businesses can support recruitment. In order to lead to matching between companies and job seekers, we have established various support systems such as how to create job postings, how to proceed with selection, holding online seminars such as recruitment support information by industry, and advice on job posting correction. If you are a small or medium-sized business, please apply by all means.

Publication fee
33,000 yen (including tax) (Only once at the time of application, no success fee will be charged.)
Major Requirements ※Please refer to the application page for more details.
1.Full-time employees who have offices in the city and work in the city ※Small and medium-sized enterprises recruiting jobs (excluding those specified in Article 2, Paragraph 1 of the Basic Act on Small and Medium Enterprises, excluding sole proprietors)
※Full-time employees are employees who are employed under an indefinite employment contract with no fixed period and work full-time.
2.Meet the posting criteria of the job change site "doda".
3.Participate in the “Human Resources and Recruitment Support Seminar” hosted by Yokohama City and cooperate with the questionnaire at the end.
4.The information you have entered (including personal information) will be operated by Yokohama City, Persol Carrier Co., Ltd., a company entrusted with the operation of this project, and Yokohama City will operate the "Yokohama City Employment Support Center Project (* 1)" and "Yokohama City Central Vocational Training School Vocational Training Project" must be accepted.

※The information you have entered will be used for information on seminars, events, support measures, etc. related to securing human resources held in Yokohama City (sponsored, co-sponsored, sponsored), and conducting questionnaires.

- 1st Seminar: Thursday, June 6 13: 00-14: 30 Theme "Basic of recruitment activities." How to write the application guidelines correctly.
- 2nd Seminar: Thursday, September 5 13:00 to 14:30 Theme "How to proceed with selection to improve the recruitment rate"
- Special seminar: Thursday, July 25 13: 00-14: 30 Theme "Industry Specialization! Points to be suppressed by job openings in the manufacturing and construction industries." ※The first and second seminars are required to participate. The special seminar is [optional participation]. If the project becomes eligible after the first and second seminars, Persol Carrier Co., Ltd. will send the seminar materials together with the job posting data at a later date.
- Individual company-specific consultation (advice for correction of job advertisement, etc.): Estimated from 3 months after the start of publication ※The first 10 companies each month
Characteristics of this project
1 Number of registered users: 8.4 million ※It can be posted on Japan's largest job change site at a lower cost than usual!
In cooperation with Yokohama City, the monthly publication fee is 250,000 yen (excluding tax), but it can be posted for a long time at 33,000 yen (including tax).

2 Provide detailed consulting by professionals who recruit human resources!
About three months after the start of posting, we will give individual advice to those who are worried about how to write a job posting, such as when the applicant does not behave after posting the job posting. (10 companies first arrive every month)
3 Hold specific online seminars that will lead to strengthening recruitment capabilities (applicants are required to participate)
We invite a manuscript production professional as a lecturer to provide specific know-how such as how to write actual job postings, interview methods, and recruitment support information by industry.
4 Collaboration with the Yokohama City Employment Support Center and the Yokohama City Central Vocational Training School
We support the recruitment of human resources through guidance such as accepting internships at the Yokohama City Employment Support Center, a general information window for job seekers. In addition, by providing information to trainees at the Yokohama City Central Vocational Training School, which conducts vocational training, we will use it as a specific employment option for trainees after the training.
