Yokohama beef from the market
This is a high-quality Japanese beef produced at the Yokohama Central Wholesale Market Meat Market. Among them, limited high-quality Wagyu beef selected with the strict eyes of professionals are certified as "Yokohama beef from the market".
Hamapaku
It is an eco-friendly pig raised by Yokohama producers utilizing food recycling resources. Only those of meat quality above a certain level are sold as "Hama Park". The meat quality has been highly evaluated for its good fat, softness of meat, and rich taste.
Yamayuri Pork
This is an excellent production farm in Kanagawa Prefecture, and is produced in cooperation with agricultural cooperatives and all agricultural Kanagawa. High quality meat quality is achieved by adding more vitamin E into a dedicated feed containing barley.
Kiyokawa Esui Pork
It is a pig raised carefully in the rich nature of Kiyokawa Village, Kanagawa Prefecture. The fine texture, soft meat and smooth and sweet fat enhance the taste of the dish.
Hayashi SPF pig
"Forest SPF" selects pigs with particularly good lineages among SPF pigs that do not have specific pathogens that have a significant impact on growth. For 60 days before shipping, the pigs that have grown healthy will have a well-balanced meat quality of soft red meat and delicious fatty. SPF=specific pathogen free (pork without specific pathogenic bacteria).
Kanagawa wheat pork
In addition to blend and feed barley and corn on the farm, it also gives local specialty tea. As a result, it has become a delicious pork with soft lean meat and sweet fat, pure white and solid fat that has no odor and hard to get acne.
