③Ask the market operator engaged in purchasing transactions fill out the purchase confirmation column at the bottom of the application form
④Submitted to Yokohama City
⑤Yokohama City distributes stickers, posters, and registration cards, and posts store information on the website.
※Of the registered information, store information (started part of the registration application form) will be released as open data.

Changes in registration information
If there is a change in the information of the registered store, please submit an information change.
Changes to store information will be accepted from time to time.

②Fill in and submit only the locations where changes have been made in the store information column at the top.
※You do not need to fill in the purchase confirmation column.
Renewal of registration
The registration is updated from February to March every year, and store information and purchase status are checked.
We will send you a separate notice when the update time is approaching.

③Fill out the application form with store information (only if there is any change)

Termination of registration
The following procedure is required to end the registration of a direct delivery store for reasons such as "change of supplier" or "closing the store is closed".
