①Yokohama's first entry into Yokohama City (application category: suburban companies)
When a startup that does not have a business establishment in Yokohama City establishes a business office in Yokohama City for the first time.
②City company (application division: city expansion relocation)
A startup that has a head office in Yokohama City and has a headquarters in the city in line with the expansion of offices, etc.
・When a city company establishes offices in Yokohama-shi
Or,
・When a company with a business office other than the head office in the city establishes (relocated) the head office in the city with the expansion of the offices, etc.

①Companies that meet and 2 are eligible for this grant.
①Among companies that aim for rapid growth in a short period of time since its establishment by innovation, building new business models, and cultivating new markets, companies defined in Article 2, Paragraph 1 of the Basic Law on Small and Medium Enterprises
(In the case of overseas startups listed below, those who are deemed to fall under the scope of SMEs.)
・Foreign companies as stipulated in Article 2, item 2 of the Companies Act
・A company in which a foreign company owns more than one-third of total voting rights or total investment
②Comply with the requirements of "financing" or "Startup Growth Support Program"

IT, health and life sciences, environment and energy, tourism and MICE, advanced technology, innovation creation

・15 years have passed since its establishment
・Being a company stipulated in Article 2, item 1 of the Companies Act that conducts business in “3 Target Fields”.
・At least one person (including officers other than the representative) who belongs to the target company and has paid wage salary or other equivalents.
・Have prepared a settlement of accounts for one term, or the capital or investment must be 5 million yen or more.
・Establishment of offices, etc. shall be based on a "lease agreement" or "service office contract (installed in lockable private rooms or other occupied spaces)"
・The floor area of the establishment to be installed must be 8 m2 or more (in the case of expansion relocation, increase by 8 m2 or more).
・The target area does not include the residential area, warehouse, store part, etc.
