Yokohama City Public Bulletin Board Terms of Use

1 Purpose
This agreement stipulates matters necessary for the use of public bulletin boards.
2. Consent for Use
Users must check these terms before using the public bulletin board and agree to these terms before using them.
If you use a public bulletin board, you will be deemed to have agreed to these terms.
3 How to use
(1)The user will post and remove it by himself.
(2)The notice shall be limited to one piece of the same content (including those considered to be the same content) in the vacant space on the bulletin board.
(3)The size should be within 60cm in height x 42cm in width, and be sure to post it by drawing.
4 Prohibited Notice
If any of the following items apply, notice will not be accepted.
(1)Those that violate other laws and regulations, such as the Public Office Election Law
(2)Sales posters for permanent performances at theaters, movie theaters, etc.
(3)A person that could damage or insult a person
(4)Displays obscene content
(5)Those that clearly show false information
(6)In principle, those posted by the same content or the same user continuously
(7)Those that are exempt from the Yokohama City Outdoor Advertising Ordinance
5 Notice Period
Within 10 days each time. Please indicate the notice period (○ month ○ day to ○ month ○ day) on the notice.
※Do not post the same content (including those considered the same content) continuously. When posting the same content, please post it within 20 days or more.
6 Fees
Permission based on the "Yokohama City Outdoor Advertising Ordinance" will be exempt from the purpose of setting up public bulletin boards, and fees will be free.
7 Management Responsibility and Removal of Notices
(1)Users are responsible for managing notices during the notice period.
(2)The user must remove the notice immediately when the notice period for the notice is over.
8 User's knowledge
(1)The user must follow the guidance of a person entrusted by Yokohama City or Yokohama City (hereinafter referred to as "managers, etc.") and endeavor not to disturb other users.
(2)Do not post the same content (including those considered the same content) continuously. If you post the same content, you must leave 20 days.
(3)The user must clean up the drawing, etc. properly, and be careful not to disturb passers-by.
9 Measures against Violation
If the user violates these Terms, the administrator shall be able to remove or dispose of the notices.
10 Liability of Users
If a user, etc. intentionally or negligently damages the bulletin board, he / she must compensate for the damage.
11 Loss on use
The administrator, etc. shall not be liable for any damage to the user caused by the user using the public bulletin board or any damage caused by the user to a third party. In addition, the administrator, etc. shall not be liable for any damage to the user caused by the user violating these Terms.
12 Changes in Terms and Conditions
Managers may change these terms and conditions without prior notice to users, and may take necessary measures for the management of public bulletin boards.
Supplementary Provisions
(Effective Date)
This agreement shall come into effect on December 25, 2009.
