Yokohama City Public Bulletin Board Terms of Service

1 Purpose

This agreement stipulates matters necessary for using public bulletin boards.

2 Consent for Use

Users must check these terms before using the public bulletin board, and agree to these terms before using it.
If you use the public bulletin board, you will be deemed to have agreed to these terms.

3 How to use

(1)Users will post and remove themselves.
(2)The notice shall be limited to one piece of the same content (including those considered to be the same content) in the vacant space on the bulletin board.
(3)The size should be within 60cm x 42cm in width, and always post it with a drawing.

4 Prohibited notices

Notices will not be accepted if any of the following items apply.
(1)Those that violate other laws and regulations, such as the Public Office Election Law
(2)Sales posters for permanent exhibitions such as theaters and movie theaters
(3)Anything that may damage or insult a person
(4)Displaying obscene content
(5)Those that clearly indicate false information
(6)In principle, the same content or those posted continuously by the same user
(7)Excluded by the Yokohama City Outdoor Advertising Ordinance

5 Posting period

Each time must be within 10 days. Please indicate the posting period (○ month ○ day to ○ month) on the notice.
※Items of the same content (including those considered to be the same) must not be posted continuously. When posting the same content, please post it for at least 20 days.

6 Fees

Permission based on the "Yokohama City Outdoor Advertising Ordinance" is exempt from the purpose of setting up a public bulletin board, and the fee is free.

7 Management Responsibility and removal of notices

(1)The user is responsible for the management of the notice during the posting period.
(2)Users must remove the notice immediately when the posting period of the notice ends.

8 User Knowledge

(1)Users must follow the guidance of Yokohama City or a person entrusted by Yokohama City (hereinafter referred to as "administrators, etc.") and strive not to disturb other users.
(2)Items of the same content (including those considered to be the same) must not be posted continuously. Posting the same content must have a period of 20 days.
(3)Users must clean up the drawing, etc. properly and be careful not to disturb passers-by.

9 Measures against Violations

If the user violates these terms, the administrator shall be able to remove or dispose of the notice.

10 User's Liability

If the user damages the bulletin board intentionally or negligently damages the bulletin board, they must compensate for the damage.

11 Damage to use

The administrator shall not be liable for any damage to the user caused by the user using the public bulletin board or any damage caused by the user to a third party. In addition, the administrator shall not be liable for any damages to the user caused by the user's violation of these Terms.

12 Changes in Terms and Conditions

Administrators may change these terms without notifying the user in advance, and may take necessary measures for the management of public bulletin boards.

Supplementary Provisions
(Effective Date)
These terms shall come into effect as of December 25, 2009.
