⑤Foreign matter contamination (if foreign matter is contaminated in school lunch)
⑥ ①②Accidents that do not fall under the category of Child and Youth Bureau, ward office, or nursery school deemed necessary to report
※Consumer accidents other than serious injuries (when damage is likely to occur or similar or similar consumer accidents may occur)

For the purpose of preventing serious accidents, we carry out patrol visits by Mr. Sonomoto, etc.
This is a business that actually visits facilities and confirms factors that may lead to serious accidents in the facilities, and confirms and advises on the status of accident prevention with the facility manager.
Some facilities have already been patroled, but we are currently traveling around all facilities in the city over several years.

Patrol visits
"Touring Visit Tsushin" has been issued irregularly since 2020 with the aim of preventing serious accidents in childcare facilities and improving the quality of childcare. Please use it for training in the park at each facility, dissemination at staff meetings, posting in the facility, etc.

7. Training Video
Based on the “Guidelines for Safety Management of elementary school student's Vehicle Transfer in Childcare and Educational Facilities” and “Checklists for Preventing Missing and Lefting Accidents” formulated by Yokohama City, we have created a training video to help prevent accidents involving the removal of elementary school student during vehicle transfers and the overlook of elementary school student inside and outside the park. Please use it for training in the facility.
