　※There is no private parking lot, so please use public transportation.

About postponement of briefing session in Hodogaya public hall on Monday, February 5, 2024

　As "Heavy Snow Warning" was issued by the Japan Meteorological Agency to Yokohama City, the briefing on Monday, February 5 will be postponed to Friday, February 9.

About application for sign language interpreter　※End of application period

　At each venue, a voice recognition application is used to display text of questions and answers on the screen in real time. If you would like to see the display, we will guide you to your seat, so please inform us at the reception on the day.
　In addition, those who wish to have a sign language interpreter on the day will arrange a sign language interpreter, so please apply from the Yokohama City Electronic Application System at least two weeks before the date of each briefing session.
