In order to prevent the spread of new coronavirus infection, for the time being, in addition to the reception at the conventional counter, we will respond to the procedures for prior consultation of permission under the Yokohama City Building Standards Ordinance. Outline of the System

Of the Yokohama City Building Standard Ordinance, we can receive permission of application exemption only when the mayor recognizes that it is unavoidable for the following articles. <Examination of architectural plan>
・Checking the Building Standards Law, Yokohama City Building Standards Ordinance, Residential Land Development Regulation Law, City Planning Act, and other related laws and regulations

<Submission of prior consultation form>
・Please submit the Building Permission Advance Consultation Form (1 copy) (Excel: 19KB) on the head paper and submit it with the following documents.

- Permit application summary (Please attach the applicable article.)
- Pre-consultation and Permission Application Form attached documents Checklist
- Power of Attorney, Copy of various procedures such as related laws and regulations, city planning map (i-mappy (outside site)But also acceptable)
- Guide maps, layout drawings, floor plans, elevations, and other books required to confirm that they conform to the permission contents.

<Permission notice>
・After paperwork (decision, etc.), we will issue a permission letter (No. 5 style 2).
＊If there is no problem, permission will be granted approximately two weeks after the application is accepted.

・Please attach a copy of the permission letter and submit it to the confirmation application window.
・In addition, if there is a change in the book, please consult before applying for confirmation.

・If there is a change (limited to those that are deemed to be minor), a plan change approval (word: 19KB) procedure is required.

How to submit and receive each document

It is basically handled at the counter, but some materials can also be handled by mail.
