Application documents for building confirmation application (retaining wall)

Please list necessary books listed in Article 3 of the Building Standards Law Enforcement Regulations, Table 1, and Table 2, and submit them.

When performing construction, be sure to post the confirmed display board in an easy-to-see place. Also, at least 14 days prior to the start of construction.registration form concerning the appointment of construction supervisor and construction contractorsPlease submit it.
Process designation (Article 17-4 of the Yokohama City Building Standards Law Enforcement Regulations)
When the construction reaches the next process, please report the process. (Please contact us in the morning up to three days before the process is reached and meet on the inspection date.)
- When starting pile driving
- When ground improvement is started
- Completion of macroche wall (with floor, GL, H/3)
- Completion of RC retaining wall (floor, foundation, wall reinforcement)
Please note that the following reports may be submitted after each process is completed.
- Pile driving report
- Concrete strength test report
- Reinforcing bar welding test report
Report at the time of completion When the work is completed
(1)Please submit a completion inspection application form (No. 19 style, 1 to 4) within 4 days.
(2)Please submit "construction supervision construction status report (structural relations) based on the provisions of Article 12.5 of the Building Standards Law.
(3)Please attach a photo of the construction status at the time of application for completion.
