Purpose of installation
We establish disaster prevention measures Exploratory Committee such as Yokohama-shi development residential land as affiliated organization of the mayor to plan further enhancement of residential land development administration in Yokohama-shi and promotion of disaster prevention measures of cliff and existing retaining wall.

Administrative Affairs
The committee investigates and discusses the following matters in order to achieve the purpose of the preceding article in response to the mayor's consultation, reports, or submits opinions.
(1)Residential land development and specific embankment regulation law (Act No. 191 of 1961). The following is referred to as the "law." ) Construction restricted areas such as residential land development prescribed in Article 10, Paragraph 1, specified embankment regulated areas prescribed in Article 26, Paragraph 1 of the Act, and newly developed residential land stipulated in Article 45, Paragraph 1 of the Act Thing about designation of disaster prevention area.
(2)Act to revise a part of the Regulation Law for Residential Land Development (Law No. 55 of 2022). (4)According to the provisions of Article 17, Paragraphs 1 and 2 of the Old Act and Article 2, Paragraph 3 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Partial Revision Act, which are still subject to the previous example pursuant to the provisions of Article 2, Paragraph 1 and Paragraph 2 of the Old Act, which are to be based on the previous example.
(5)Thing about method of construction to prevent disaster with residential land development (we say residential land development to prescribe in old law Article 2 second.)
