Outline plan of revision of the regulations concerning adjustment of Yokohama-shi development business

　Based on the large-scale debris flow disaster in Atami City, Shizuoka Prefecture, which occurred in July 2021, the conventional "Regulations on Residential Land Development and Specific Embankment Regulation Law" (hereinafter referred to as the "embankment Regulation Law"). It has been drastically revised.
　According to the Embankment Regulation Law, construction owners are required to disseminate the construction plan to the local residents before applying for permission (hereinafter referred to as "publication of construction plans").
　In response to this, in Motoichi, we decided to disseminate the construction plan based on the embankment regulation law by publicity based on the regulations (hereinafter referred to as the "this ordinance") on the adjustment of Yokohama City development projects. Therefore, we will revise this ordinance. In addition, in this amendment, reviews will be made based on the actual operation of this Ordinance.

　As we gathered outline plan of revision of this regulations, we raise opinions of citizen's everybody. We announce summary of opinion that had you submit and way of thinking of Yokohama-shi for it on Motoichi websites later.
