Opinion solicitation information on housing and buildings decarbonization promotion system

There are no projects currently being recruited.

　In order to further promote decarbonization of houses and buildings, the use of renewable energy in buildings following the revision of the “Law Concerning the Improvement of Energy Consumption Performance of Buildings (hereinafter referred to as the “Building Energy Conservation Law”). We will establish a system to comprehensively promote the installation of equipment and improve energy-saving performance.
　Therefore, about decarbonization promotion system (plan) of new house, building, we raised opinions of citizen's everybody.

Implementation results of opinion solicitation (PDF: 706KB)

　With the revision of the Building Energy Conservation Law, the following measures will be implemented for decarbonization of houses and buildings.

　(1) 　Formulation of a “promotion plan *” that makes the entire city area a promotion area for renewable energy facilities
　(2) 　Establishment of a system in which architects explain the effects of introducing renewable energy facilities and the improvement of energy-saving performance
　(3) 　Establishment of a system to report the results of explanations to the city for architect offices that design more than a certain number of houses in the city
　　※Promotion plan is plan about promotion of setting of renewable energy use facilities in building based on 2 Clause 1 of Building Energy Conservation Law Article 67.
