Overview	In order to further promote decarbonization of houses and buildings, in response to the revision of the Act on Improvement of Energy Consumption Performance of Buildings, we revised the Ordinance on conservation, etc. of Yokohama City Living Environment, in order to establish a system for comprehensively implementing energy-saving performance. This time, in order to determine necessary matters concerning the establishment of the system, we will revise a part of the "Ordinance for Enforcement of the Ordinance on conservation, etc. of Yokohama City Living Environment".

About citizen opinion offer about decarbonization promotion system (plan) of new house, building

　In order to further promote decarbonization of houses and buildings, the revision of the "Law Concerning the Improvement of Energy Consumption Performance of Buildings (hereinafter referred to as the "Building Energy Conservation Law") was triggered by the revision of the "Law Concerning the Improvement of Energy Consumption Performance of Buildings (hereinafter referred to as the "Building Energy Conservation Law"). We will establish a system that comprehensively implements the installation of equipment and the improvement of energy saving performance.
　Therefore, we raised opinions of citizen's all of you about decarbonization promotion system (plan) of new house, building.

Overview of the System

　With the revision of the Building Energy Conservation Law, we will implement the following initiatives for decarbonization of houses and buildings.

　(1) 　Formulation of “promotion plan *” with the entire city area as a promotion area for renewable energy equipment
　(2) 　Establishment of a system in which architects explain the effects of introducing renewable energy equipment and improvement of energy-saving performance.
　(3) 　Establishment of a system to report the explanation results to the city to architect offices that design more than a certain number of houses in the city
　　※Promotion plan is plan about promotion of setting of renewable energy use facilities to building based on Building Energy Conservation Law Article 67-2 Clause 1.
