About CASBEE Yokohama [Detached House]

From April 1, 2012, it became system that applicant can report voluntarily about building less than 2,000m2 including detached house.
Target: New construction, extension or renovation of a detached house
Notification date: Prior to the scheduled start date of construction
※Please consult us in advance if the deadline is not met or if it takes time for the attachments to be prepared regarding the notification of a detached house.
Evaluation Software and Manual
Detached houses are evaluated using the manual with the software "CASBEE Yokohama [Detached House]" dedicated to detached houses.
