From April 1, 2012, it has become a system that allows applicants to voluntarily report buildings less than 2,000 m2, including detached houses.
Target: When building, extension or renovation of a detached house
Date of notification: Until the scheduled start date of construction
※Please consult us in advance if the deadline is not in time or if it takes time for the attachments to be ready for notification of detached houses.
Evaluation Software and Manual
For detached houses, evaluations are made using software for detached houses, "CASBEE Yokohama [Detached]" and manual.
