Project Overview
Established as a global base for research and development at Shiseido Co., Ltd., the stairwell that connects research areas on the upper and lower floors.
In the lower part, we plan a public communication area where visitors and researchers can interact with each other and a green common space.
It realizes an open building that connects to the city.
In addition to reducing environmental impact through consideration for energy conservation, we will also contribute to the community in the event of a disaster.
The plan is to accept people unable to return home.
