In order to further promote the building owner's active approach to the environment, Yokohama City will certify the desired building owner as an environmentally friendly building based on the evaluation of academics by the Yokohama City Building Environmental Consideration Evaluation Certification Committee. This is the only system implemented by Yokohama City among local governments nationwide.
Target buildings
Specific buildings specified by the ordinance
※Newly built buildings excluding temporary buildings, with a total floor area (in the case of expansion or renovation, the floor area of the part pertaining to extension or renovation) of 2,000 m2 or more.
