Target buildings

Buildings with a total floor area of 2,000 m2 or more are subject to labeling obligations, and buildings built for sale or lease.
※Buildings less than 2,000 m2, including detached houses, can be displayed arbitrarily if you submit any notification of CASBEE Yokohama after April 1, 2012.

• Advertisements placed in newspapers, magazines, flyers, pamphlets, etc. (excluding A4 size (advertising area) or less)
• Advertising via the Internet

Please download and create the mark (label) from downloads such as CASBEE Yokohama.

Please report that it was displayed within 15 days from day when we displayed building environmental performance indication during advertisement.
At the time of notification, please attach an advertisement or a copy of it to one original copy and one duplicate copy.

Architects should explain the environmental performance of the target building and the contents of the display to those who intend to purchase or rent.

Please use an expression that does not misunderstand that Yokohama City has given certification.
