Applicable to buildings with a total floor area of 2,000 m2 or more, buildings that are built for sale or lease.
※Buildings less than 2,000m2, including detached houses, can be displayed arbitrarily when arbitrary notification of CASBEE Yokohama is made after April 1, 2012.

• Advertisements placed in newspapers, magazines, flyers, pamphlets, etc. (excluding A4 size (advertisement area) or less)
• Internet advertising

Download and create the mark (label) from the download of CASBEE Yokohama, etc.

Please report that you displayed within 15 days from day when you displayed building environmental performance indication during advertisement.
At the time of notification, please attach advertisement or a copy of it to one original copy and one duplicate copy.

Building owners should explain the environmental performance of the target building and the contents of the display to those who are going to purchase or rent.

Please use an expression that does not misunderstand that Yokohama has been certified.
