Updated information (landfill, Minamihonmoku 5th block waste)

From April 1, 2024, the "Minamihonmoku Fifth Block Waste landfill Use Guide (Industrial Waste Carrying Guidelines)" was partially revised. The main changes are as follows.

• Updated the form of documents required for carry-in procedures

From April 1, 2023, the "Minamihonmoku Fifth Block Waste landfill Use Guide (Industrial Waste Delivery Guidelines)" has been partially revised. The main changes are as follows.

• Changed "Industrial Waste Management Section" in the guide to "Business Waste Management Section"
• Phone number changed its “045-671-2515” to “045-671-2547”.
• FAX number "045-651-6805" was changed to "045-663-0125".
• Changed “7 Forms and Entry Examples” and “Specific examples of acceptance items” to “end material”

From November 1, 2022, the "Minamihonmoku Fifth Block Waste landfill Usage Guide (Guidelines for Carrying in Industrial Waste)" has been partially revised. The main changes are as follows.

• Corrected the explanation of the maximum acceptance limit of P4
• Added the start date of import notification for the next fiscal year at the bottom of P5.
• Partial amendment of Annex

From October 1, 2021, the "Minamihonmoku Fifth Block Waste landfill Usage Guide (Guidelines for Carrying in Industrial Waste)" has been partially revised. The main changes are as follows.

• Changes in the method of importing asbestos-containing waste
• Changes in overall layout

In addition, the layout of the entire website has been changed in accordance with the revision of the guide.

From February 1, 2021, we have partially revised the "Guide to the Use of landfill in Minamihonmoku Fifth Block (Guidelines for Carrying in Industrial Waste)" The main changes are as follows.

• Adding specific examples (lists) of accepted items
• Delivery period is described on page 7(3).

From June 8, 2020, we will partially revise the “Minamihonmoku Fifth Block Waste landfill Use Guide (Industrial Waste Import Guidelines)”. The main changes are as follows.

• Change of Address due to relocation of city hall
• Change in Address due to relocation of the Resource Recycling Corporation

From October 1, 2019, we will partially revise the "Minamihonmoku Fifth Block Waste landfill Use Guide (Industrial Waste Delivery Guidelines)" The main changes are as follows.

• Addition of "Concrete Cores including Asbestos-containing coating materials" to the import procedures for asbestos-containing industrial waste
• Changes in the form of Annex

• Added the condition of "delivery notification volume 2 tons or more" have been added to the application for postpayment of public works.
• "Balance Sheet" and "Consolidated Statements of Income" have been added to attached documents. (Excluding public works under the Finance Bureau contract.)
• We have changed the form of application for post-payment approval application. Please use the new form for applications after 2019.
