For building owners and designers of large-scale commercial buildings

When constructing a large-scale building for business stipulated in Article 6 of the Regulations on Reduction, Recycling and Proper Treatment of Yokohama City Waste, etc., reduction, recycling and proper disposal of Yokohama City waste, etc. Based on the ordinance Article 31 to Article 32, Paragraph 2, a notification of waste storage location setting is required.

1. Large-scale retail stores stipulated in the Large-Scale Retail Store Location Law　※Coordination with the Economic Affairs Bureau Commercial Promotion Division is required.
2. Retail stores that have a total floor area of more than 500 m2 and 1,000 m2 or less
3. If the total floor area of the part to be used for business falls under any of these buildings, it is necessary to report the installation of a waste storage location.

In any of these cases, it is necessary to report the establishment of a waste storage location.

1. (No. 7 style) Establishment of a waste storage location and recycling registration form (word: 15KB)
2. Basis for calculating large-scale buildings waste storage locations and recyclables storage locations
3. Building guide map
4. Floor plan (area table, including areas where collection vehicles are used on site)
5. Drawing of waste storage location

※Please submit two copies of the copy, with one copy of documents 1 to 5. After the screening, one copy will be returned.
