New training for certified investigators in FY2024 will be conducted in group training.

※In principle, this training is only applicable to city offices.

(1)care manager belonging to designated home care support offices, community-based nursing homes for the elderly, long-term care insurance facilities, regional comprehensive support centers, or designated municipal offices in the city as of the training day
(2) Those who have not attended certified investigator training, including additional items from 2009, conducted after January 2009.
(3)Person planning to engage in certification investigation entrusted by Motoichi

※Those who have attended new training for certified investigators before January 2009 and have not attended the certified investigator training, including additional items from 2009, conducted since January 2009. When we engage in certification investigation in Motoichi, I would like attendance of authorized investigator new training again.

• care manager Certificate
• Documents (employee ID, employee ID card, etc.) that can prove to be a care manager belonging to a designated home care support office, community-based nursing home for the elderly, a long-term care insurance facility, a regional comprehensive support center or a designated municipal office.
• Writing utensils

※You will be asked to confirm your eligibility on the day of the training.
　In addition, the name of the office, office number, care manager registration number, and the expiration date of the validity period of the care manager certificate on the “Training Form” distributed on the day of the training.

Please use it for self-study after attending a new training course.
