About maintenance of street trees and self-financing construction

Regarding self-financing construction on existing street tree lines.

When maintaining street trees by new construction of street trees or large-scale redevelopment, we have established general standards for street tree maintenance in order to secure a space where trees can grow healthy. For details on the size of the tree-planting basin, the interval between Takagi, the tree species to be planted, and places where planting is not possible due to safety management, please contact the Public Works Office / Road and Highway Bureau Facility Division of each ward.

• Application for self-financing construction, etc.:Public Works Office in each ward
• When constructing a street tree for large-scale development of 1,000 m2 or more: Road and Highway Bureau Facility Division
