When an order based on the Fire Services Act is activated, it is necessary to install signs on buildings, publish them in the gazette (listed in the Yokohama City Newsletter), and post them on the Nishi fire department bulletin board according to the nature of the violation.
This is called public notice, and the order is issued by informing that there is a danger in fire prevention, a violation of fire laws and regulations, and a measure order has been issued by the fire department and is in a state before it is implemented. It is intended to be able to take necessary measures to prevent unforeseen damage by users of buildings and third parties such as neighboring stakeholders from suffering unexpected damage.
Nishi fire department has made public information widely known for the purpose of ensuring the safety of users and local residents.
