Lifesaving course WEB reservation
WEB reservations will be accepted from 9:00 am on the reception start date in the same way as telephone reservations. Even if the WEB reservation frame is filled, the reservation frame for telephone reception may be vacant, so please contact the lifesaving course reception desk (045-714-9911).

Regarding the lifesaving training reservation system, we plan to suspend the system during the following hours to change the program.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

There are two ways to apply via the Internet or by telephone.
Each has a capacity limit, and the application will be closed as soon as the capacity is reached.
Even if the WEB reservation space is full, the telephone reception space may be available.
Please refer to lifesaving course reception desk (045-714-9911) for reservation, confirmation of availability.

About WEB reservation
<Notes>
- The application period is from the start date of accepting the itinerary to 7 days before each training day or when the capacity is reached.
- You will need your name, date of birth, Address, Phone number, and email address.
1.For those who are using web reservations for the first time
Select the desired class and date from the course search on the reservation page. → Issue a login ID → Reservation completed
○When you receive the reservation email, the reservation is done normally. (If you do not receive the e-mail, please contact the Emergency Guidance Division.)
○The e-mail will be sent in about 2 weeks.
2.If you have a login ID on the web reservation page (for the second and subsequent times)
Enter your ID and password from the WEB reservation page and log in. → Select the desired class and date from the class search. → Reservation completed
○When you receive the reservation email, the reservation is done normally. (If you do not receive the reservation email, please contact the Emergency Guidance Division.)
○The e-mail will be sent in about 2 weeks.
※The login ID and password are valid only for the year in which you registered. (When applying for the new fiscal year, you will need to issue a login ID again.)
3.Flow after sending the reservation completion email
Oh Fees for teaching materials, etc.
・Please pay the teaching materials fee for those who take the course by cash or PayPay at the reception desk on the day. (If you pay in cash, please make sure that there is no change.)
・Please note that we do not support payments other than the above, such as transfers.

・Cancellations can be made on the web until the 15th of the month in which the reception starts. Please refer to the following link for details.

Information on lifesaving courses, etc.
Oh Requests to attend the course
・If you feel unwell, such as fever, please cancel your participation.
・Wearing a mask during the course is basically left to the individual's judgment.
If the infectious disease is spreading significantly, we may ask you to wear an appropriate mask temporarily.
・If you are attending, please cooperate with requests for disinfection of fingers and equipment at the venue on the day.
・Please disinfect your hands before practical skills and cooperate with the disinfection of dolls and AEDs.
Notes on attending the course
- Only those who live, work and attend school in Yokohama city (junior high school students and above) are eligible for the course.
- Please come 10 minutes before the start of the course on the day of the course.
- Please bring your writing utensils and indoor shoes (only paramedics training center, Nagatsuta fire branch office).
- We will conduct practical training, so please come in comfortable clothes. (Avoid skirts.)
- If you are re-training, please bring your certificate of completion.
- Please come to the venue by public transportation.
- If you can not attend the course on the day of application, please contact the Yokohama City Fire and Disaster Prevention Association. (045‐714-9911)
※ Those who have fever or cough symptoms are not allowed to attend the course.
About attendance of first aid spreader training (including re-training)
- Attendance of first aid spreader training is limited to when spread mother is in Yokohama-shi.
- First aid spreader re-training cannot be taken if the qualification of the first aid spreader has expired. (valid for 3 years from the date of certification of applicable qualifications)
If you do not meet the above requirements, you will not be able to take first aid training (including retraining).

If it is difficult to attend the course within the validity period due to various circumstances, please contact the Fire Bureau Emergency Guidance Division in advance.
※Please note that we will not be able to respond to requests after the expiration date.
※If you are unable to make a reservation near the expiration date, please contact the Fire Bureau Emergency Guidance Division.

If you would like a lifesaving course in a group, please contact the General Affairs and Prevention Section Prevention Section of the nearest fire department.
