Heat stroke publicity
We will inform you of information and initiatives related to heat stroke.
Last update date July 5, 2022
Please be careful of heat stroke
The number of people who were transported by emergency due to heat stroke this year (2022) was 446 between May 1 and July 3, when counting was started, about 7.2 times the previous year.
This year, the risk of heat stroke has increased due to the fact that the rainy season was earlier than usual, and the temperature rose suddenly while the body was not used to the heat.
It is expected that severe heat will continue in the future. Since there are many cases of heat stroke indoors without using an air conditioner, please continue to take measures against heat stroke, such as frequent hydration, using the air conditioner at an appropriate temperature, and removing the mask when the risk of infection is low.
In addition, let's work on heat stroke measures with everyone, such as calling out to family living away regularly.
