Yokohama City has implemented an anti-Sensium Academy to provide a chance to take a step toward disaster prevention.

This is a theme-based disaster prevention training that even those who have not been interested in disaster prevention until now can learn while having fun. Please come and join us!

This time, we invite Dr. Kayoko Suzuki, a disaster prevention cooking adviser certified by the Institute of Crisis Management Education, and open a disaster prevention academy with the theme of "Let's make disaster prevention food in case of emergency!"
On the day of the event, you will be able to learn about the importance of daily preparation while experiencing a disaster prevention cooking class by Dr. Kayoko Suzuki.
In addition, this time, a lunch concert by "Yokohama City Fire Music Band" will be held at the same time! While enjoying the wonderful performances played by the fire brigade, you can enjoy the dishes made by the disaster prevention cooking, so please join us♪

This year marks the 100th anniversary of the Great Kanto Earthquake, which caused great damage to Yokohama.
On March 11, 12 years have passed since the Great East Japan Earthquake occurred on March 11.
At this milestone, we look back on past earthquake disasters and prepare for disasters that do not occur when they occur, evacuation behavior, and awareness of disaster prevention among self support and community support.
In order to enhance it, a special performance by the Yokohama City Fire Music Band will be held as a special project for the Prevention Sen Academy.

We look back on the disaster at the time and think about the future disaster prevention and reduce disaster damage through the performance of "postcards" depicting the situation of the Great Kanto Earthquake in the affected areas of the Great East Japan Earthquake in 2011,Chuo-toshokan.
