Responsibilities of the City (Article 4)
- Take measures to prevent graffiti in order to achieve the purpose of the ordinance.

- We try to support activities that businesses, volunteer groups, etc., perform independently.
- In public facilities which city installs or manages, we take necessary measures about prevention of graffiti act.
Responsibilities of Citizens (Article 5)

Responsibilities of Business Operators (Article 6)

Recommendations and Orders (Article 7)

Fines (Article 9)
