FY2021 Asahi Ward's budget “Promoting the Development of Unique Wards”

In preparation for direct access to the Sotetsu Tokyu Line in fiscal 2022, as the proximity to the city center continues to increase, we will increase the attractiveness of Asahi Ward, including an environment where people can get close to water, greenery and flowers. On the other hand, in order to respond to various issues, including the progress of a super-aging society, we will steadily promote community-based welfare and health plans, and in cooperation with partners working on various regional issues from the perspective of SDGs, the challenge of solving complex issues will be accelerated. As the social situation changes drastically due to the COVID-19 pandemic and frequent natural disasters, we will work based on the perspective of promoting our business while responding to social changes such as new lifestyles in order not to stop these movements.

Aiming at a town where people can support each other in the community and live with peace of mind, we recognize diversity, watch and support in familiar areas, and promote the creation of connections.

In order to prepare for recent frequent natural disasters, etc., we will strengthen local disaster prevention capabilities in familiar and small units such as "neighborhoods" and work to improve disaster response capabilities, including those requiring assistance and medical systems. I will work on it. In addition, through efforts to prevent fraud damage, we will promote safe and secure town development that integrates disaster prevention and anti-crime program.

We support Asahi Ward's charm and property, flowers and greenery in familiar areas, as well as sports and cultural activities that everyone can participate in. In addition, we will provide information dissemination and support new local activity styles through new initiatives such as online and web distribution so that local activities can be inherited without interruption.

Through a variety of partnerships, including companies, organizations, schools, experts, artists, and students in various fields, we will accelerate the resolution of regional issues such as the revitalization of large-scale housing complex and the securing of means of transportation, as well as the challenge of SDGs.
