Reception from 8:45 on the day one week before the implementation date (same day) (or the immediately preceding business day if it is a holiday)
Reservations can be made by telephone (954-6022) or at the counter (1st floor on the 1st floor) (8:45 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday excluding holidays, first-come-first-served basis)

It can be used up to once a year.
Reservation is required, but if there is space available, you can apply even on the day.
