Reception starts at 8:45 on the day one week before the implementation date (same day) (in the case of a holiday, the last business day)
Reservations can be made by telephone (954-6022) or at the counter (1st floor on the 1st floor) (8:45 am to 5:00 pm on Monday to Friday excluding holidays, first-come, first-served basis)

You can use it up to once a year.
Reservation is required, but if there is a vacancy, you can apply even on the day.
