About "administrative consultation" of Asahi Ward government office
If there is a complaint, opinion, or request regarding the national administration system and operation, an administrative counselor commissioned by the Minister of Internal Affairs and Communications will provide consultation.
The Asahi Ward Office has a consultation day by the administrative counselor as follows.

| Consultation date | 1st Thursday of every month (excluding holidays) |
| Consultation time | From 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. |
| Consultation Place | Asahi Ward Office 1st floor |
| Consultation method | Direct consultation place on the day |
| Capacity | Information will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis after 1:00 pm on the day, but if there are multiple applicants at 1:00 pm, the order will be decided by lot. In addition, in the case of a large number of applicants, we may not be able to respond on the day. |
